Therese Marie Persson, R.N.

Born in Stockholm, Sweden, Therese became a Registered Nurse in 2013 after graduating Magna Cum Laude from Northern Virginia Community College. She realized her dream of becoming an aesthetic nurse through advanced Botox and Dermal Filler application training at Florida’s esteemed Esthetic Institute. Joining Dr. Chang’s Aesthetica plastic surgery practice in Lansdowne in 2016, Therese honed her skills in various aesthetic procedures for two years. She furthered her expertise in Botox and Dermal Fillers at the Esthetic Institute in New York in 2018. In spring 2023, she advanced her soft dermal filler training in Fort Lauderdale, staying abreast of the latest medical techniques.
In February 2022, Therese founded Aesthetic Artistry, a practice specializing in soft dermal fillers, Botox, microneedling, and chemical peels. Committed to enhancing natural beauty, Aesthetic Artistry prioritizes aesthetically pleasing results, stringent medical standards, and cutting-edge techniques.

Dr. Robert Posner
Medical Director
Dr. Robert Posner is a Navy veteran with over 30 years of practice as a Medical Doctor providing primary and urgent care to tens of thousands of patients. He received his medical degree from Downstate Medical School in Brooklyn, NY. He is the current owner/operator of Potomac Internal Medicine in Burke Virginia since 1988 as well as the current owner/operator of the nationwide renowned Serotonin-Plus Weight Loss Program© since 2002. Dr. Posner is a leader in weight control, has written several books, including “The Serotonin Solution to Never Dieting Again,” and has developed and patented an oral serotonin supplement that is distributed nationwide to customers. Dr. Posner’s experience providing first-class care to patients is an invaluable resource to help for Aesthetic Artistry.
